OUR FISHING REEL

The production process of our fishing reels involves multiple stages, from the initial conceptualisation and designed, production, testing before being used by anglers. Each phase requires precision and a deep understanding of fishing mechanics, materials, and users’ experience.

STEP 1

The engineers will conceptualize each part of the fishing reel, including the body, spool, handle, and crank, and create a prototype of the fishing reel. Then, precise molds are made based on the design drafts.

DESIGN

STEP 2

Before a reel goes into mass production, it undergoes extensive testing to ensure it can handle the rigors of fishing under various conditions.

MANUFACTURING
